You’ll join an established and high-profile team, advising regional, London and international wealth. The role is based in Guildford but offers hybrid working 2-3 days a week.

The team is busy, growing and keen to appoint an additional CTA at Associate Director level. You will take responsibility for a portfolio of HNW/UHNW international private clients, as their key trusted adviser. This will predominantly involve identifying and advising on ad hoc personal tax planning projects including CGT, IHT, residence and the use of trusts. You will also oversee your clients' annual compliance (managing a team of junior tax advisers handling tax returns etc day to day). You’ll have the opportunity to work with experienced private client tax partners and to build a name for yourself in the region.

The role would suit a London an experienced Senior Manager or Associate Director looking to pursue their Private Client Tax career outside the Capital. Alternatively, a CTA from a strong regional practice. Either way, support will be provided with progression towards Director grade. Salary will be dependent on experience, but is likely to be in the region £85k-£95k + bens.
