The team is growing and looking to bolster its offering with the appointment of a CTA qualified personal tax Associate Director. The role would suit a talented adviser looking to be part of a dynamic, thriving and high quality Private Client team. Genuine scope exists to progress on towards Director grade with the support of the team’s Partners.
The firm has fully-adopted hybrid working and scope exists to work from home 2-3 days a week if one wishes.
Key elements of the role will include:
- Managing HNW client relationships as their primary point of contact.
- Overseeing their annual compliance cycle and a team of junior tax advisers
- Handling high-end ad hoc income and capital taxes planning projects.
- Advising on CGT, IHT, domicile/residence issues and the use of trust structures
- Working closely with leading Partners where required.

As very much a client-facing role, you will require excellent communication and relationship management skills. The CTA qualification is a pre-requisite, along with experience of advising international as well as domestic HNWIs.
Salary will be dependent on experience and grade, but is likely to be in the region £80k-£90k + bens p.a.
