Our client is one of London's premier (non-Big 4) Private Client Tax teams. They advise UHNWIs on all areas of their income and capital taxes planning, with particular expertise in advising international private clients.

The team is busy, growing and keen to recruit a CTA qualified Senior Manager. You will provide ad hoc personal tax planning and asset structuring advice to multi jurisdictional entrepreneurs, business owners, wealthy families and family offices. Strong experience of advising on residence, domicile and remittance-related personal tax planning is therefore important.

You'll work with leading private client tax Directors and Partners, who will help you to develop your technical and non-technical skills - assisting with the progression towards AD and Director grades.

This is a sociable and supportive firm that has adopted hybrid and flexible working. So there is scope to work from home 2-3 days a week, if one wishes. Salary dependent on experience but likely to be in the region £82k-£92k + bens + bonus.

• Extraction of wealth
• Shareholder planning
• Pre and post exit tax planning
• Succession advice
• Transaction related advice
• Property related advice

As a Senior Manager, you’ll perform a key client-facing role, managing relationships and delivering advice. You’ll be commercially astute, used to managing and utilising junior advisers, as well as demonstrating an interest in developing your skills towards Director grade. You’ll also get involved with business development initiatives, attending networking events and beginning to build referral contacts.

This is a collegiate team offering a supportive environment in which to build your career to a senior level. Salary will depend on experience but is likely to be in the region £83k-£93k + bens + bonus. The team also offers hybrid working 2-3 days a week.
